the Africa Travel Awards

which will come off on the
25th-26th of Oct, 2013 in Ghana.

As of March 2013, we will begin a
series of Global Media Launches in 4

countries on the continent
beginning with Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia and South Africa.

We intend to have a complete media
foot print in Thirty African

The travel industry is extensive and perhaps the most important in history. Exchange of cultures, businesses, vacations, transportation of goods and services as well as the hospitality industry has all helped mankind in the move towards the drive of better living on our beautiful planet. Here in Africa as many places in the world, the travel industry has created jobs and business opportunities in business,tourism,goods and services industry, mining, oil and gas, education among other. Indeed the industry has become very competitive with customer services and customer experience been one of the key growth areas, because more and more people are demanding for services with global
l e v e l s t a n d a r d s . Until recently, there has never been a credible Travel Awards event in Africa,

for Africa. It is in this light that The Africa Travel Awards©
by ENVISION07 GROUPS. created The African Travel Awards©' sole mission is to create a rewards system that w ill encourage motivate the players in the industry to strive for perfection. With an award as prestigious as the ATA™, we believe that the industry will have even more reason to improve upon service delivery and
customer satisfaction.
This will go on to give better return on investment to the industry and its players as well as value for money.
TheAwardsCommitteewilltravel acrossthe continent, inspecting, interviewing and researching nominees on a range of issues including food, destination arrangements, personaldatamanagement, costs,c u sto m e r m a n ag e m e n t , technology, insurance, safety, people and many related issues that face the industry, travellers and the people who work within the industry.
The Compilation of these efforts will represent 40% of the of the judges' score for an award. 60% of the score will come from travellers themselves, the public, government regulatory agencies and service delivery players to the industry.
We will use state of the art data analysis and management to collect, analyze and manage data. All company data collected by the Awards Committee and other auxiliary outfits will be secured and kept in remote server sites to avoid any tampering. We have under our employ data. security experts to make sure the final decision by the committee will be genuine and accepted as the true representation of current state of the T r a v e l I n d u s t r y i n A f r i c a .
