Since our establishment in 1974, Grupo Andalucía has acquired a leading
position in the national and international market. With our three continuous
coating powder lines, batch anodising, cutting lines and PVC polyester film fabrication,
we can offer our customers a first class quality and a wide range of surface
treatments (coating/anodising/cutting/perforated). We consider that Grupo Andalucía is much more than just a surface
treatment supplier; we are able to provide high quality material, fast
shipment, flexible in any quantity order, in both finishing powder coating as
well as anodizing.

As for our anodized products, we are able to offer a homogeneous and
consistent finishing, through an electrolytic treatment, which gives a higher
quality comparing it to the continued process. In the process, we use metallic
salts providing for a selection of completely UV-resistant finishes. Grupo Andalucía’s brand
APLIBAND range of colours is: natural (silver), gold, champagne, bronze, red,
inox (similar to stainless steel), black, and other finishing according to the customer’s
needs. Our anodic layer thickness ranges from 5 to 25 microns, with PVC B/W rangeing
from 45 to 100 microns (cutting laser).

Grupo Andalucía anodized and powder coating products can be used in a variety of
applications such as, architectural & designer constructions specifically
in exterior/interior applications, facades, ceilings, walls, floors, kitchens,
furniture, appliances, etc. All these applications share the requirement for
top-end technical characteristics and high durability. Furthermore, it requires
a metal with a very high level of homogeneity such as top quality EN AW 1xxx, 3xxx
and 5xxx, (AA) series. With the Qualanod certification (Euras/EWAA Quality sign
for anodic oxidation coating on aluminium for architectural purposes), with
number 1045, we are capable of giving to our customers a consistent quality of
products.

 The powder coating products we offer
are made from coils that are continuous-coated with Powder Coil Coating
technology. Our brand, Aplimax, guarantees thick coating (60-80 mircros) which
is the resistance for bending and mechanical deformation. The end products will
have a maximum weather-and fire resistance and are resistant to corrosion.
