Fishmeal plants
Complete fishmeal plants:

Cookers - Presses - Dryers - Mills – Stickwater evaporators and fish oil plant. The entire process line.

The range of processing capacity is of 50 Ton, 80 Ton, 100 Ton, 150 Ton, 200 Ton and 300 Ton of fish (raw material) in 24 hours. Likewise, the oil plants have a processing capacity of 10 Ton, 20 Ton, 30 Ton and 35 Ton  of crude fish oil  in 24 hours, included in the fishmeal plant.

Stickwater Plants 
The WHE falling film stickwater type evaporation plants. Evaporation capacities for fishmeal plants from 5 Ton up to 160 Ton per hour (raw material)

Effects, Separators, Capacitor, Pipes, Vapor scrubber, Cyclones, Pumps, Valves and other equipment.

Modification of stickwater plants through engineering to increase evaporation capacity:

Analysis of the current evaporator plant.
Mass and energy balance of the evaporator to determine steam / condensation requirements, cooling water and electrical power.
Analysis of the operating parameters and accessories of the evaporator:
Recirculation pumps fluid in effects, level controls, automatic transfer valves, feed pumps, stickwater and concentrate extraction, vacuum pump, condensate pump, measuring instruments such as thermocouples, pressure gauges and thermometers.
Development of engineering for the modification of the WHE with Layout in countercurrent and check the modified evaporator geometric variables: sizing effect, vapor separators, connection pipelines between effects, condenser size, pipes, etc.
Technical specifications of all new components to carry out the modification of the evaporator (Separators, Pipelines, Pumps, Nozzles, Valves, Pipes, etc.).
Development of drawings: General Layout, foundation drawings, Pneumatic diagram, List of motors, Electrical diagrams, PI Diagram and Flowsheet.
Preparation of mechanical and electrical operation manuals.

Presses
    Norwegian STORD presses, twin-screw type.
The Stord twin-screw press is the best equipment in today's market for the separation of oil and water of preheated and coagulated fish. Capacities from 1 Ton to 50 Ton per hour of fish.
    Spare parts of presses: strainer plates, backing plates, gearbox.
