Very
simple to install.

Add
either a digital load pin or digital rope load cell (for hoists with a dead
end), a digital load limit controller and proper connection to your UP hoist
control and you have an operational load limit. WITH PRE-FIGURED LOAD RANGE
installation and testing is easy. NO TEST WEIGHTS NEEDED except for special or
other requirements.

A
100% full load trip is standard, along with a 110% relays (variations
available). Slack load is optional. Even LOAD SUM multiple hoists
automatically (see brochure). LOAD SUMMING across several cranes with on-board
wireless connectivity- saves wiring. Do you have a requirement for a
system which can automatically select different load ranges for different
parts of the factory? Simple. Have a special situation? Algorithms can be
developed for your specific factory layout or specialty system.

Also,
standard electromechanical load limits available for both rope and chain
hoists from stock- with preset load trips available. With well known ISI
quality.
