PROCEDURE:

1. Seller
issues Sales purchase agreement to be executed by both parties and forwarded by
Electronic Data Transmission (EDT) and deposited with respective banks.

2. Buyer
forward copies of his through-put agreement of his Vessel to seller.

3. Seller
places a full charter for the receiving vessel and takes delivery of product at
Lagos offshore waters.(Please Note: Buyer and Seller MUST meet at Buyer's Bank
Manager's office for a VERBAL CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS before the
Seller hires a vessel for delivery.

Seller’s
Goes on Board to verify Products.
