Waack is an officially registered financial auditor and tax lawyers firm in the Netherlands. Waack is registered at the NBA (The Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants) and the RB (The Netherlands Institute of Tax Advisors).

Waack advisors have broad experience in quality management. The consultants have worked or performed assessments worldwide in different industries, in addition to being specialized in quality management for the automotive industry. Type approvals

The Waack consultants advise clients on how to get a type approval for automotive components and vehicles.  We provide guidance on the process to get an international type approval according to UN ECE-regulations or EC-directive.

Conformity of Production

A manufacturer of automotive components or vehicles with an E/e type approval has to fulfill the regulatory requirements of conformity of production. This means that every product that is produced needs to fulfill the type approval requirements.

The consultants of Waack Advisory Services have experience implementing the requirements for conformity of production. The regulatory requirements are laid down in:

• Annex X of the European directive 2007/46/EC;
• Annex VI of the European directive 2002/24/EC;
• Appendix 2 of the United Nations Geneva agreement of 1958.
