Demar Inc. has been one of the main exporters of
Turkish herbs and spices for the past 34 years, with two state of the art
facilities ( one located in Silifke for laurel leaves, and our main factory in
Izmir for Oregano and all the other spices, which is probably the most
diversified of its kind in our country, with the capacity to process nearly the
totality of the turkish crops if necessary ) comprising in-house microbiology
labs, rare-earth magnets, two-step metal detection, ISO22000 certification,
traceability to suppliers and modern cleaning/processing equipment. We are
suppliers to some of the most important buyers in the world, such as McCormick,
Worlee, Euroma, Elite Spice and many others – a full list of references can be
supplied upon request, while we have been successfully audited by several
multinational companies. Over the past 34 years, we have shipped spices to
nearly all the countries of the world, always fulfilling our contracts and
maintaining our excellent reputation by supplying the best quality at
competitive prices. Our staff is highly experienced while each of our production
managers has at least fifteen years of experience in his field, and buyers’
requirements for different cleanliness levels, bulk indexes, volatile oil
contents and various packing options are satisfied to the utmost possible
extent. Steam sterilization is also available for all our products at an extra
cost.
