Audio and Visual Electronics (AVE) is a private company established by engineers and technician dedicated for broadcasting and communication engineering. Audio and Visual Electronics was founded in the year 2000 with the purpose of sales, service and maintenance of broadcasting equipment, audio and visual equipment and other communication devices.

            The office of the company is in Sinamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal in its own premises. Its branch offices are located in different parts of the country.

Presently the organization is more dedicated for sales, installation and maintenance of radio and television broadcasting equipments. AVE has presently been providing broadcasting equipment and regular services to more than three hundred different radio and television broadcasting stations.
