the urgency of your delivery, EasyMail Courier offers an expedited service to
fit your needs. You decide what you want and we do the rest, whether it is in
town or across the country. Some services can be subjected to availability or
restrictions

NORMAL
DELIVERY: Normal Services include the
collection of any document from client’s office before 11.00 noon and will be
delivered latest 5.30pm on the same day. For the collection after noon the
delivery will be covered before 5.30 noon the next Day.

URGENT
EXPRESS DELIVERY: EasyMail Services provide a range of Flexible Solutions to
meet any requirements that cannot be satisfied by other Courier. So if the next
day delivery is just not fast enough we can provide the delivery “Same Day”.
This service is only available within Dhaka
city area.

ADDITIONAL
SERVICE: EasyMail also provide a number of additional service to our client’s
such as bulk deliveries, collection of cheques or documents, payment of utility
and assessment bills, banking of cheques.

Prepaid Services:

For
customers' convenience, EasyMail offers prepaid service to its valued
customers, where they can send their consignments using prepaid Consignment for
domestic deliveries only. Customers can drop their consignments at dedicated
EasyMail offices located in 44 Dilkusha, Dhaka or call the Contact Center
to make a booking to collect their consignments from dedicated address.

Online Service:

With a
click on a button, we now offer our valued customers a wide variety of
e-Services such as booking, tracking, rate calculation, viewing and printing of
statement of accounts and invoices online.

Track Consignment

Track and
Trace facility both by Consignment Number & Reference Number (One
Consignment & Reference No at a time).

Bank Services:

EasyMail
caters to Banks and other financial institutions by providing delivery
solutions for related products like; Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cheque Books,
PINS,RSA, interview Card, Greetings Card, Foreigm remittence,Dividend Warrent,
Half yearly, Statement, Bank to Bank Letter, Tokens with the highest level of
security and privacy in the most efficient manner. Deliveries are done after
prior appointment with account holder ensuring proper identity verification.
Our offices are under 24-hour surveillance with access control at all
locations. Security guards maintain a log of all visitors/personnel entering
and leaving the premises as part of security measures.

item we handle is value for us, some are very most important for every
receiver. Some are called secured item i.e CARD, PIN, Cheque Book, Dividend,
Bills, etc. To keep on mind that and to ensure 100% smooth delivery we have
developed a platform from where we will send notification SMS to all receiver
to their mobile number if mobile number provided by our valued customer. Right
now we only send SMS alert for secured item.
