NKS Steel Ind. Ltd. Is specialized manufacturing factory of metal clips for hangers in Taiwan. Since 1998 & have specialized in manufacturing a wide variety of clips based on our clients' requirements.  Most importantly & significantly, we're the first one to solve the "Hydrogen embrittlement" and maintaining the clip hardness between 49-51 Hrc, which gives the clip the best tension.

A. Metal Clip / French Clamp
High quality Metal Clips for plastic garment hanger and Clamps for Ducting System through the beltline from molding, pressing, testing, thermal treatment, electroplating, assembling, etc.  Some of our customer including Mainetti, TAC, Visconti, A&E, Plasti-Form, Uniplast…etc. and NKS has been OEM for Petterssons Sweden & Asia Ltdwith good reputation in this field.

B. Knife and Blades

NKS is also specialized in offering knife blades, and all kind of special and customized blades. OEM / ODM blades service can be done by NDS. Otherwise, supplying steel materials for knife blades, all blades and steel measuring tape.

C. Carbon Steel Strip / Steel Process

In special steels, we concentrate the main high quality special steel materials such as Cold Rolled Steel Strip, Carbon Steel Strip, Carbon Tool Steel Strip, Alloy Tool Steel Strip, Chromium Molybdenum Steel Strip and Spring Steels.

Steel process includes slitting, oscillation, edging, heat treatment, surface griding with our skilled technical manpower and automated production system.
