Packing plywood – AA/BB grade or BB/BB grade

1.Face&back: Canarium/Gianggiang.

+ Face quality: knots, holes, splits are not accepted.

+ Back quality: Knots are
accepted. Holes and splits are not accepted.

2. Core: Mixed wood.

3.Glue: MR

4. Moisture treatment:

+ Core and face: Dried by
electricity machines.

+ Glue: mixed with power
not water.

+ After pressing, keeping
plywood on pressing machines for 10-20 minutes for more reducing moisture.

+ Using fan to cool down
the plywood before cutting.

+ Cooling down plywood for
1- 2 days before packing and loading.

+ Moisture: 12-14% before
packing.
