CIC Luoyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd is located in the middle of Hengshan Road, Luoyang, known as "the capital of 13 dynasties" and the home of peony. The company has forty thousand square meters garden-like industrial park and modernized standard factory with advanced equipment, strong technical force and sophisticated test and inspection means. After 30 years of development, the company has become a corporation integrated with product design, manufacturing, installation & debugging and technical services.

CIC Luoyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CIC HMC), formerly known as CITIC HMC Luoyang Industrial Co., Ltd, a second level legal person organization of CITIC HMC. The company has completed stock share restruction in July, 2005, qualified as an independent legal entity and for doing foreign trade import & export business.

In years of development, we attached great importance to both the outside market and the internal management. By continuous optimization of various resources allocation and the vigorous strategy practise of science & technology-led enterprise development, we have formed the unique products structure and technical advantages. We have finished more than 10 major scientific projects and more than 20 new products and new projects development, among which three were awarded the National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology and one was awarded the Prize for Progress in Science and Technology of Henan Province. And our company was named as the Scientific Research Base of Mining Machinery by China University of Mining and Technology, and the Teaching Practise Base by Henan University of Science and Technology. And our products cover more than 10 fields, including equipments for mining, metallurgy, building material making, washing and seperation, electric power, petroleum and chemical industries and the matching electric control system, metal structural parts, engineering plastic, high-power gearbox and large scale castings and forgings. And now we have become the heavy machinery manufacturing and processing base of Henan Province.

With continuous reinforce of the enterprise internal management, we have got the ISO9001:2008 Certificate, the Safety Mark Authentication for Mining Equipments, the Approval of French BV Classification Society and the KV Certificates for electrical facilities. We were awarded the prizes of "Comprehensive Quality Management Achievement" and "One of the Top Fifty Enterprises", and was named as "The Key-protected Enterprise". And we were named as "Luoyang Outstanding Industrial Enterprise" in 2007 and "The Most Influential Industrial Enterprise of Henan" in 2008.
