RIPAK COMPANIES is a company associate integrated manufacturers specializing in production and supply of a large variety of packaging materials and packaging products. The major business supplies include plain flexible film and the converted flexible materials, specialty solid board and solid board related products. The supplies are widely applied in food packaging and pharmaceutical packaging fields, as well as in general industrial packaging fields.

A) Metalized Film and Metalized Paper

RIPAK Metalizing is one of the earliest enterprises dedicated to developing vacuum metallization industry in China since 1993, at which time three vacuum metallization production lines PRO-M2100 have been introduced from Leybold Co., Ltd., three automatic digital-controlled slitting machines from Kampf Co., Ltd. Germany, and 8 coating machines from reliable local machineries. 

RIPAK Metalizing mainly specializes in producing vacuum metalized paper, metalized film (VMPET and VMCPP), holographic metalized paper/film, metlized colorful polyester film, environment-protective cigarette under layer paper, and laser transfer film for leather. The products are basic materials for printing and laminating, which are widely used in packaging of alcohol, beverage, food and gift. Especially the metalized paper as the basic material for beer label is very popular in Chinese market, and are also well sold in Europe, Asia, and North and South America

B) Laminated Flexible Materials, Flexible Packaging

Ripak Laminators owns a collective of laminating lines including 3 extrusion laminating lines, 2 dry laminating lines and 3 glue laminating lines, as well as 2 high end slitting rewinders and 2 embossing lines. The full lines of right laminating machinery guarantees the capacity of a wide range of laminated materials in different substrates, including  FOIL PAPER, PE COATED PAPER, PE COATED POLYESTER (PET) FILM, PAPER BACKED FOIL, PAPER BACKED FILM AND FOIL BACKED FILM. 

Our films have been used to pack products as:
fresh and dried pasta, biscuits, croissants, grissini bread, bread, crackers, rice, crisps, snacks, candies, sugar, coffee, salt, pepper, spices, oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, legumes, dried fruit, mozzarella cheese, fresh cheese, chocolate, washing powder, washing liquid, chemical products, pet food …. And many more.

C) Specialty Board and Board Related Products

RIPAK SPECILATY BOARD AND BOX is the business developed since 1998, at which time the production and supply was only limited on a few products, such as cake board and salmon board, food container lids etc. In the beginning of 21st century, there has been some demands from Europe and Australia of meat packaging and fish packaging boxes, RIPAK then started to develop the production and supply of meat and fish packaging box since. Currently Ripak is capable of producing and supplying 40,000 boxes per day.

Meat box and fish box is the packaging solutions widely used in European slaughter and meat processing industries, as well as in fish industry. The boxes are usually 4 point glued lids and bases, leak proof bases, 6 point glued box with integral lid, and double long side or double short side bases. The packaging can be supplied in polylined boxes or non poly lined boxes. The non polylined box will be used in addition of the separate polyliner or polybags, while the Poly lined boxes are treated so that the freezing product can be directly frozen in the box without polythene liners, such will save a lot of time, money and the environment and with no risk of the meat sticking to the box.
