Equipment Introduction

Our company possesses worldwide  up-to-date spunlace nonwovens production lines of 3500mm width,which includes the French Laroche precision opening system,the French NSC the Excelle S35 carding machine, the French Asslin cross lapper and drafting machine, the German Fleissener spunlace machine,the italian Aceillg winding machine and the German Isra stain/metal detector. Spunlace nonwoven production process is advanced, and can produce plain,jacquard and split fibers nonwovens etc.,whose weight ranging from 35 g to 200g, and the products have high strength,high moisture absorption and air permeability, lint-free,soft handfeel, good draping peoperty and without chemical adhesives, etc.
