Fon-Star group is a contract manufacturer of Plastic Injection
Moulds created in 1979. The company is also manufacturing plastic components
for many different sector of activity such as High-Technology (Computers,
Phones, Video Surveillance Systems, Cameras, GPS, Scanners, accessories…), electronic
plastic components, industrial parts, domestic appliances, structural car
parts, sport parts, medical parts… The firm’s experience permits it to be able
to make any plastic component from the best quality materials. Fon-Star integrated
many different injection processes: Thin Wall
molding, Hot runner System, Gas-assist Molding, LCD frame molding, In-mold
decoration, Insert/Over Molding, Dual-Shot Molding, CNC Technology, Ultrasonic
Welding, Silk-Screen Painting, Dip-Coating, Laser Etching or Sputtering coating.
