AUDIT

We focus on
statutory audit to assist companies to comply with the Malaysian Companies Act,
1965 which required companies incorporated in Malaysia to prepare its financial
statements in accordance with applicable approved accounting standards in Malaysia
and has to be audited in accordance with the approved standard of auditing in
Malaysia.

TAXATION

We are
licensed tax agents and we assist clients in the preparation of income tax
computation, the preparation and submission of the relevant tax returns.

We regard
tax compliance as a core competence of our tax services. We invest in the right
people, technology and processes to deliver high quality services that help our
client to meet the tax compliance matters. We work closely with our client and
represent them in communicating with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

ACCOUNTING

We are
ready to assist in the preparation of the full set accounts. The accounting
records are prepared using computerized accounting system. Kindly get ready
with all the accounting records such as sales invoices, suppliers’ invoices,
payment vouchers, bank statements , fixed assets files and payroll records and
we shall prepare the full set accounts for your company.

COMPANY
SECRETARIAL

We act as
the company secretary of your company in accordance with Section 139 of the
Companies Act, 1965. As an official of the company, we shall assist the
directors in respect of the preparation board resolution and minutes of meeting
and the submission of the returns and documents required by the Suruhanjaya
Syarikat Malaysia in accordance with the Company Act, 1965. We also ensure that
the statutory registers required to be kept under the Company Act, 1965 are
property kept and updated.
