Interested in Personal Training? As a personal trainer, I can relate to many of my clients because I have had chronic lower back pain and needed to lose weight. I decided to take charge of my health and now hope to inspire others to do the same. Four years ago, I lived in chronic pain despite having had disc surgery in my lower back.
