We provide a FREE in home evaluation preformed by a licensed nurse. This helps to initially determine your needs and develop a comfortable relationship.
DO YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE NEED HELP?
Assistance: Changing bed linens, Getting in and out of bed, Dishes, Turning in bed, Walking, and Vacuuming.
Companionship: Caregivers provide caring, meaningful companionship. Going on walks, Reading, or Playing games.
Daily Living: Light housekeeping, Laundry, Meal Preparation, Pet Assistance, Shopping, Errands, and Exercises.
Personal care: Bathing, Bathroom Assistance, Dressing, Grooming, Shaving, and Skin care.
Medical: Catherizations, Enemas, Medication Management, Ostomy care, Vital signs, and Weight monitering.
Medication: A licensed Nurse RN or LPN will monitor and set up medications. During each visit a patient assessment will be completed. Our nurses work closely with physicians, to ensure doctors orders are followed and medications are taken correctly and safely. We accompany patients to physician's offices and to any procedures. Family members can be informed of results, or conversations with doctors if desired by client.
Respite Care: If you are taking care of a loved one, you need to make time for You. We all need time to ourselves to think and rest. Have peace of mind when leaving your loved one with our agency.
Transportation: We will make sure you get to your Doctors office and other appointments on time and back home safely.
