Sugartown’s gourmet line of succulent artisanal products are processed under strict quality control guidelines, with recipes developed by our own smokehouse staff.  Meticulous attention to detail and quality, as well as small production lots have brought Sugartown Smoked Specialties to the forefront of the Smoked foods industry.

We use unique blends of natural wood smoke, brines, and other seasonings as well as hot and cold smoking techniques for micro-professor controlled smoking for all products.
