having the ability to manufacture 100 decanters and install 100 facilities a
year with 185 employees based on 24.000 m2 field, the company has ISO 9001:2000
and TSEK and ISO 22000:2005 certificates. The ISO 22000:2005 certificate has
been given only our company in the world in centrifuge technologies sector. The
safety precautions of machine in work places and their compatibility with CE
directives are approved by TÜV.

            Hakkı Usta designs and manufactures
decanters and separators needed in the areas and industries like beverage
industry, production and treatment of animal and vegetable oils, starch
industry, chemistry and pharmaceutical industry, waste water and drinking water
treatment facilities, petroleum industry, drilling industry.

to fulfill costumer satisfaction at utmost level with high quality production

Giving importance to R&D studies to increase the
efficiency of machines manufactured, the company designs and manufactures
decanters in various types. Also the company supports the facilities installed
by computerized automations.

             Hakkı Usta uses import
materials for manufacture decanters and separators components like bowl,
scroll, disk and other equipments from European countries. Using the best
materials which has stainless steel standarts like AISI 304, AISI 316 and also
for our products and also we are using tungsten carbide cover on decanter
components for our products integrity and sustainability. In our production
line inventory: 14 units of CNC process units for micro processes for specific
production capability and 10 units of universal turning machines for macro
processes and especially 2 units of 3D Coordinate Computation Apparatus for
checking quality in every step production schedule of components in our
integral production for decanters and separators.
