Referring to our aluminum wheel project in Iran & our purchase intention of buying the whole line of alu wheel line from good qualified German companies per as the following enquiry:

Dear sir or Madam,

Kindly be advised we as a manufacturer in Iran have serious intention of importing& buying whole production line of passenger car sport Alu wheel  with production capacity of 20000-25000 mt yearly for wheel size of 13-18 inches mostly for Peugeots  products .We also looking for a good wheel manufacturing company for enabling us to produce under preferably known German company license. The production line including foundry (Melting, Casting, Rough Drilling ,XR, Heat treatment),Machining(Turning, Drilling, Leakage test inside water ,Deburring (Manual),Brushing,  Washing, Helium Leakage) Painting(pretreatment line ,powder paint line ,wet paint line, and packing(stocking ,loading in all we need fully automated machineries and continuous computerized systems.  Physical development of plant is 40%.  We need the line with producing capacity of 20000-25000 mt alu finished wheel yearly for 500000-750000 wheel rim of 13-18 inches mostly for Peugeot products?

Area of land is 30000 square meter .Number of sole(Saloons):2 Nos- 1400 meter width 40 meter high 12 meter.

Number of sole(Saloon):1No-2000 meter width 20 meter high 12 meter.

 In all 3 saloons.

1-kindly be advised our project is registered in Iran investment opportunities site www.iio.ir with project code of: 2280, I want check with you if you can follow our enquiry for Joint Venture (J.V) issue ,a good investor joint venture for our project in Iran.

2-Regarding importing the whole line , the project needs  management .Can you suggest the best ,shortest & save costing/economical  way regarding our project.

3- Can you help us with getting license for producing under only famous German brands company .

Worth mentioning our project has 40 % physical development of Building (foundation)& we are at the last stage of obtaining our assigned (allocated) loan (for the first phase of building site)which equals to: 8000,000,000.00 euro. It is possible we  meet each at Germany for consulting more over our project.
