company was founded in 1993 by  Owner and
CEO Myint Oo. Dynamic employs a
diverse work force of about 100 team members in the main factory  and about 900 workers in the cottage industry
at remote rural areas to support its operations. The company  ships over 100 containers of finished rattan
furniture and accessories yearly to customers to world wide market. Beautiful
Island brings 19 years of experience in manufacturing rattan products. It is
proud of having skilled and motivated team members who are highly committed to
producing quality products and implementing positive change. BI is a quality
system designed for the rattan products industry in Myanmar, with the emphasis
on ensuring consistent product quality and continuous improvement. This
