It has been our
goal that effective protective services demand adequate understanding of all
existing exposures to risk within a given perimeter. This prior information on
all risk generating factors will provide us transparent latitude to suggest
good physical and other security measures that will effectively control occurrence
of crime.

We have always done
a general risk survey of all property/premises that will eventually be put in
our care. This means that:

(i)      We physically examine all physical
perimeters and dimensions of your property, including all risk prevention
support facilities.

(ii)      We identify all your vulnerabilities or
exposed areas to risk factors.

(iii)     We determine their degree of exposure to
risk.

(iv)    We categorize these degrees into:

Criticality of effects of occurrence
on personnel, property and profit of your organization

(v)     We advise management on risk control
procedures that will eventually narrow or prevent possibility of risk and loss
of property and lives. In other words, our focus is to enhance
fortification/protection  of  your 
perimeter  whilst preventing loss  of

technical requirements of the contract given our extensive professional
experience.

To meet the high
technical requirement of this contract, we will be responsible for:

(a)     Deterrence/prevention of crime, and any
form of risk as may be directed against your facilities and personnel.

(b)     Protection actualized by roving patrols,
access management inspection, traffic control, escorts and effective responses
to incidents/emergencies.

(c)     Enforcement of all rules and regulations as
they pertain to safety and security of your property and personnel.

(d)     Apprehension of offenders/intruders that
may attempt to put your personnel and locations in jeopardy.

(e)     Image maintenance to enhance the status of
your corporate image and professional conduct.

(f)      Ensure exact documentation and logging of
routine and incidental operational matters and reporting to management
appropriately.        

(g)     Planning for emergency/contingency to
enable us continue to provide our protective services under the most trying
conditions. 

(h)     Organize the guard force for maximum
coverage and performance at all times.

(i)      Education of personnel as to local risk
and personnel protection requirements.

(j)      Provision of carefully selected, educated,
vetted trained and fit personnel as guard elements of the contract.

(k)     Training your staff free of charge on risk
awareness generally, this will help us in the performance of our duties.

(l)      Ensuring that all protective necessities
are in place for maximum security.
