Barclays chief administrator Bob Diamond has resigned a week after the bank was fined a data amount in the service of bothersome to handle inter-bank lending rates.

BBC charge rewriter Robert Peston said he was encouraged to fit nearby the heads of the Bank of England and the FSA.
