Jiangyin Huachang Stainless Steel Company, located in Qingyang Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, has its advantage in transportation no matter water or road. It’s backed with Yangtze River, alongside Hu-Ning high speed train and only two hours' drive to China's biggest port - Shanghai.  

Our factory enjoys more than 14years' successful experience in the line of stainless steel seamless tubes & pipes since founded in 1998. There are 200 workers, 2 senior engineers, 13 technicians, 5 physical testers, 8 gagers and surveyors and 3 ISO quality registers. We have gain reputations in oil and pipe industry, food industry, machinery industry and piping industry, etc.  

With steadily increased need of stainless steel internationally, we enlarged our factory scale and equipped ourselves with more advanced machines. Now, the company has 8 sets of 20-1000T cold drawn machines, 13 sets of Cold Rolling Machines, 3 sets of continuous roller heat treatment furnaces. We also have full range of  inspections and tests facilities including:Germany made Spectrometer ,4 sets of U.T lines, 2 sets of E.T lines,1 set of the largest Hydro test system with Max 60Mpa in China.

Under the trademarke of “Huade”, We specialized in producing Stainless steel pipes , grade type of duplex and Austenitic steel, whose quality as well as functions has been proved by market. Our main products are stainless steel pipes with registered trade mark as "Huade", including 300 Austenitic stainless series, Duplex Steel pipe SAF 2205. The specification varies from Φ6~Φ1200(mm)*0.5-60(W.T)mm(1/4~48 inches,Sch 5~XXS).  We are one of the very few factories who can produce super-big outer diameter stainless steel pipes in China.  

Our products are widely used in such fields: chemical industry, chemical fertilizer production, chemical fiber production, petrochemical industry, natural gas industry, nuclear power plants, space and aviation, environmental protection, pharmaceutics, food machinery, water supply, architecture and boiler, heat exchangers, fluid, oil, gas , and pressure transport.

We can produce pipes as per ASTM/ASME A/SA213,ASTM/ASME A/SA312,ASTM/ASME A/SA450,ASTM/ASME A/SA511,ASTM/ASME A/SA789, ASTM/ASME A/SA790; JIS,G3463,EN10216-5;DIN2462,DIN17458,ETC; Specialized technical standard can be executed according to the customers' requirements. 

We have passed relative tests and gain world class certficates. We' ve got the ISO9001:2008(Approved by TUV) certificates and we carry out it severely. Our products are made from selected raw materials from reputable and reliable suppliers. The whole manufacturing procedure is controllable and traceable. More over ,we continually upgrade our facilities, provide employee training, and focus on high quality oriented development. So far our products were exported to U.S.A, Japan, Germany, Greece,Spain, Belgium etc.
