THE OLD IKA CORPORATION

Products of cold meat are made meticulously from stage of choosing,
soaking meat to of smoking meat with oak during many hours. The most
products of IKA are hot dog, Klobasa, pig’s trotters, corn beef and
smoked chicken. Klobasa is made from pork and beef which is carefully
selected with necessary conditions such as: fresh, delicious and no
frozen. They are cut into thin pieces, soaked based on the particular
recipe, stuffed into hot dog and then smoked with oak. It usually takes
about 3 weeks, differently from each product.
