BSB Consulting provides two principal
services.

The first service, English training, provides
organisations and individuals with the tools to improve their English proficiency.
Our service is comprehensive, for more basic speakers, to those at a more
advanced level.

The importance of strong written and
verbal skills are emphasised, complemented by a focus on grammar and
punctuation. As such, these skills help to ensure clients are able to
demonstrate proficiency when writing reports and proposals, composing letters
and emails, interacting with colleagues, and speaking on the telephone. A range
of practical methods are employed to develop these skills such as role-plays,
presentations and interactive and active learning to ensure sessions are as
stimulating as possible.

The second service, cross-cultural
coaching, refers to the range of training which aims to develop awareness
between people where a common cultural framework does not exist. In general,
cross cultural training has two parallel approaches focusing on ‘general
cross-cultural awareness’, and ‘culture/country specific training’.  We use a variety of proven methods to promote
cultural difference and awareness, multicultural conflict resolution, customer
service, and intercultural organisational communication.

A variety of training services are
offered including, but not limited to:

- One-2-One Coaching – Training is
customised to the client’s needs, focusing on their needs and requirements so
that it is as effective as possible. Greater emphasis is placed on improving
strengths and eliminating weaknesses.

- Group Coaching – Courses can be specifically
designed for small groups, with an emphasis on interaction and dialogue.
Through activities such as role plays, presentational and communication skills
are improved.

- Workshops and Seminars –Coaching
here is specific to the individual’s/group’s requirements and can be on a
specific topic including presentations, meetings etc.

- Article and Creative Writing -
Do you require articles written for your company newsletters? If so, why not
take advantage of our writing service? We work closely with your institution to
create and write professional articles for your target audience.

- Proofreading – A proofreading
service is offered to ensure that the correct translation, along with precise
grammar and punctuation, is used to create a professional document.
