SERVICES L.L.C. We have our well-equipped mechanical
& electrical engineering services center in technical consultation with
M -TAX ENGINEERING WORKS, BOMBAY. Our
company is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. We are in this business for last 42 years, 17 years in
Dubai & 25 years in Bombay (India). Since its inception, the company has

Steel Fabrication Services: 

1. Design, fabrication and
   installation of steel structures like  mezzanine, cement silos, hoppers, ducts, oil /
   water / chemical storage tanks, filter vessels, chimneys, crane girders, chutes,
   waste bins, walkways, ladders, platforms, handrails, gratings, spiral staircase, gates, fencing poles, barriers, car
   parks, all kind of heavy pipe line work etc. 

2. Design, fabrication and installation of various types of CONVEYOR systems i.e. roller type, belt
   type, chain type, bucket type etc and various parts for conveyor like pipe rollers,
   sprockets, buckets, support stands etc. 

3. Fabrication / repair / modification of various items for ELEVATORS / ESCALATORS industry includes installation
   items like separator beams, load hook
   beams, divider beams, separator screens, sill /wall / CWT / header/ car /
   combination brackets, buffer base plate, angle cleats, fish plates, counter /
   filler weights  and brackets for
   same, counter weight screens car top safety
   barricades and also stainless steel panels, handrails, architrave’s COP
   plates, GI  box etc. also repair and
   maintenance and modification of guide shoe, rails buffer plates and also guide rail modification etc. 

4. Design and manufacture of various special purpose machinery and
   utensils in stainless steel, various parts in Teflon, nylon, plastic for FOOD PROCESSING industries like
   dairies, ice cream / juice / chocolate manufacturer, hotel kitchens, bakeries and
   oil mills etc. We also fabricate agitators
   / trays, cutters, tables, platforms in stainless steel as per clients
   requirement  

5. Fabrication / repair / modification of various steel items for SCAFFOLDING & FORM WORK industry
   like beams, stiffeners, handrail posts, braces, pressure plates, eye-lugs,
   table heads, shoes, pawl heads, gallows, walings & extensions, struts,
   walers  ties etc. 

6. Manufacture, repair and modification of transit mixer pumps, concrete
   mixing tank, ice plant rack etc we also supply WEAR RESISTANT plates like HARDOX,
   XAR etc and Power Float Blades, steel moulds for concrete and form work.

   iron pulleys, aluminium timer pulleys, SPROCKETS bronze casting components
   for various industries 

10. Design and manufacture of cutting
    / shearing, bending punches & dies with special tool steel and alloy steel.
     

11. Reconditioning / modification and repairing of all kind of industrial and construction machinery
    & equipment’s. 

12. Design and manufacture & supply of various components and spare parts in various
    metals, alloys & non alloys, mild steel, stainless steel 304 & 316
    grade, tool steel, EN series, wear and abrasion resistant steel like HARDOX,
    XAR, copper, brass, bronze, aluminium, nylon, teflon etc. 

13. Surface and cylindrical grinding operations. 

14. Metalizing and machining of all types of mechanical
    components such as shafts, impellers, pulleys, gears etc. 

    Electrical Services: 

• Complete rewinding and repairing
  of AC, DC, LT, HT electric motors, generators / alternators, compressors, and
  transformers from ¼ HP to 1000 HP with class ‘B’, ‘F’, and ‘H’ insulation. 

• Complete overhauling,
  varnishing, baking, assembling, dynamic balancing, testing and painting
  facilities.

   maintenance
   of all types of rotary and reciprocating components.
