We offer service of brokerage, market research and appraisal; we serve property acquisition suitable to investors’ needs, investigate legal issues on the properties and evaluate the financial status of related parties.  We are also pleased to offer more fulfilling service with the combination of our various portfolios (building usage, development scale, land, and building under construction or completion), and our cooperation with NAI Vietnam, a leading real estate consulting firm will deliver more wide range of services to our clients.

Proposal to efficient investment and real estate development
We offer consulting service for establishment of JVC (Joint Venture Company) with local enterprise, and investment into projects or corporate level (e.g. new stock, convertible bond). Our service includes support to fund-raising. For the services to clients interested in real estate development, we entirely support the client’s activities in course of development such as acquisition, business plan and study, design, construction, operation and exit.

Proposal to development planning
In the emerging countries, feasible properties generally become unavailable in city center due to the increasing of land price. We propose development plan in the potential suburb in which development of highway, metro, traffic infrastructure are being planned. Also, we propose attractive development plan of the city center, which matches to current and potential future market needs, with utilizing existing and leased properties, which is suitable in terms of location and rent cost, in the aim of providing the best investment solution for our clients in Vietnam and South East Asia Countries.

Technology transfer consulting
We offer our clients solutions in the transfer of new technology and/or machinery and equipment in their respective industries. In particular we assist our customers in carrying out market overview, consulting regulation as well as signing the technology transfer agreement of concerned parties and competent authorities.

Franchising
For foreign chain stores, Vietnam is an attractive market to expand, but difficult to go enter without local adviser.  We analyze the franchisee candidates which are eligible for our clients' standards, and get connected to them. We aim at providing the best solutions for both parties.
