POWERFORM CONSTRUCTION NIG LTD

Powerform Construction (Nig) Limited started as a family business under the name Powerform Concrete Works with the Late Alhaji Dawood Akangbe Fashola as the Managing Director and two of his children including Engr. A. W. Fashola as Direrctors. The company then specialized in building construction, block making and concrete rings manufacturing. The company Powerform Concrete Works (PFCW) carried out a number of outstanding construction within the Lagos metropolis for the then Lagos Executive Development Board (LEDB), amongst which are the Surulere Terrace Houses, the Isolo Medium Duplex and Isolo low cost houses.

The new company was named Powerform Construction (Nig) Ltd., (RC.57913) with a new management board headed by Engr. Abdulwasiu Abayomi Fashola as managing Director. The company PFC has carried out a number of projects at the Federal, State and Local Government levels. The company is currently registered with the Federal Works registration Board Category “G” Civil/Building, Lagos State Works registration board category “G” Civil/Building

We are a medium size construction company based in Lagos, Nigeria. Our annual turn-over is between $2 - 3m. The management is headed by a Civil Engineer of thirty-three years (33 yrs) post qualification experience. The staff is top class consisting of Engineers, surveyors and Accountants. We are currently registered with the Federal Works Registration Board in the highest category and have current registration in six(6) other states.
