      As to camlock coupling
      (A).Our raw material and production methonds:
      (1).Stainless steel camlock: By investing casting, pass solid solution heat treatment. And the handle,pin and ring are made from SS304 material. Many other factories in China use the inferior SS201.
      (2).Aluminium camlock: By gravitational casting, pass T6 heat treatment. The strength and quality are better than die casting. We use Chinese Standard Aluminium Alloy Ingot: ZL101 which is equivalent to American Standard 356.0
      (3).Brass camlock: Using Chinese 58-2A brand, whose copper reaches 57%-59%.

      (B). Good quality guaranteed:
      1. Production standard: According to American Standard A-A-59326A.
      2. Thread: 100% checked by standard ring & plug thread gauge.
      3. Leak test: 100% checked by 7㎏/㎡ compressed air, which is equivalent to be tested by water pressure 300psi (Pressure rating: 150psi).
      4. Couplers and adapters sucessful lock pressed test: 100% female couplers’ arms pressed check by standard male adapter in order to guarantee the interchangeablity between our products and other factories products. (If it is also produced according to A-A-59326A & DIN EN 14420-7,DIN2828 Standard).
      5.The machining surface of our products is more smoothly than other suppliers’. It is helpful for matching of adapters & couplers.
