IOPP Gear
offers a substantial production capacity in order to meet customers' demanding
requirements. Our latest machine specializes in the manufacturing of Gear
Hobbing, Milling, Lathing, Shaped, Gear Grinding, in addition to manufactured
all related parts. We are capable to produce Spiral Bevel Gear, Spur and
Helical Gears up 450mm outer diameter with gear module between M0.3 and M12.
Preciseness can be as fine as JIS 0 (equivalent to DIN 4 / ISO 3 / AGMA 15).

IOPP is specializing in custom gear and
gear related production for segments as diverse as Precision
Working Machine, Gear Box, Yachts Outboard Motor, Vehicles Motor, Electric
Motor, Sewing Machine, Fishing Reel, Agricultural Equipment, Mower, Pneumatic

also secured a distribution agreement with Nai Li Zhun Precision Machinery
Co,.Ltd, one of Taiwan’s leading gear manufacturers. Nai Li Zhun's machine is specializing
in worm and screw gears production, with a wide range of applications, such as reduce speed
gearbox and etc.
