 At
SISTAS, we have advanced capabilities of forging systems; such as carbon steel,
micro alloyed, stainless steel, titanium and other high heated raw materials to
shape complex and complicated parts with hot forging method.  In every stage of the manufacturing process,
we work with our customers and find solutions for engineering problems and
expenditures while manufacturing parts that meet the design requirements and
more.

Sistas
uses high quality carbon and alloy steel forged components on the air driven
hammers for a multitude of industries. The company  has hammers ranging from 20 kg up to 110 kg
with 7 hammer forging lines.

Press
forgings are produced in a broad range of sizes. It has both 250 ton and 2, 500
ton press capability. Sistas supplies almost perfect forging parts with the
combination of its in house CNC Centers, sand blasting technologies, normalization capabilities and high quality labor skills.
