We are a medium scale gold mining company, we have the capacity to
produce between 80-100 kilograms of Alluvial Gold dust every month, and we now
have in stock 500 kilograms ready for sale.

We hereby submit our full corporate offer with full responsibility and
legal authority under penalty of perjury and fraud.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
AND PROCEDURE:

 50 % cost of total value will be
paid by buyer to seller in Accra, after buyer has sampled, assayed and sealed
the gold.

Buyer and seller will jointly deposit the sealed gold box at a safe
deposit facility i.e. Bank or Safe Keeping House pending the completion of all
the export and shipment documents which will be consigned in the name of the
buyer within 3 working days after payment of all the taxes..

The seller will be fully responsible for all payments to cover the
export fees and shipments charges, and all the other related expenses i.e.;
insurance, freight and internal custom brokers fees.

The remaining 50 %  will be paid
by swift transfer at the buyer’s destination on the basis of the refinery’s
final report into seller’s nominated account within 5 working days after gold
have been received in the refinery.

Buyer will also be responsible for the
partial expenditure of Seller’s representative who will accompany the gold to
the final destination.

OTHER TERMS AND
CONDITIONS:

A Sale and Purchase Agreement of this transaction and subsequent ones
will be signed for a monthly supply of 100 kilograms
