same chip-set all Chinese phone uses) with high quality QC
and testing and they don't have any complaints so why can't other

After Brand give us a requirement list and I test them in 4 stages.



1 - Raw material (BOM) QC

2 – Assembly Line QC

3 – Software Testing

4 – 100% QC each piece Power on Testing then pack the Phone and Seal it with a
QC passed hologram label.

Our test services overview includes: 

 

QUALITY CONTROL - We do quality control at the manufacturer’s
factory while production in 4 stages, it includes the checking of the
Goods as per Golden sample, checking the Bill of materials while assembly
software firmware and check while packaging. all handsets works or not.  Before
shipment QC as per your customization is very important for Brands importing
goods from china (charges see Below)



Field test – Field based testing which is focused on call
processing and mobility.  Over 500 phone calls are made and analyzed for
success rate. Full feature testing, Lab test, FAI, Golden sample test are
included. (USD: 2000+Expenses)



Lab Test – Lab based testing which includes RF parametric, subjective
audio, battery/charger, engineering user trial. (USD: 400+ per test)

  

FAI – Inventory inspection to ensure purchased products meet
customer requirements. Testing is customized per client. (USD: 200)

 

Golden Sample Test - first sample developed by the manufacturer
(USD: 500)
