A better version of the K house is called a T house, the minium order is also 22.5m2 that can also be built in one day. The next type is called Lucky house, it is a better version of T house. It will take about 2 days to build a 51.5m2. The next level is called simple villa. Simple villa has some prefab cement block or its substitutes. it is a stronger and more durable version, but the price is 50% higher than the k house. There are different type of villa base on your needs.
