Our range of customers is wide extending from Nigeria and South Africa to buyers in the UK.  Our shipments undergo rigorous inspections prior to shipment both in-house and by independent agencies. For example, we have been inspected by Crown Agents, UK who are well known for their high, and rigorous, requirements with respect to specifications and adherence to quality parameters.  We have met these standards without any difficulty because our in-house quality procedures are systems based and subject to periodic reviews.  

We follow procedures which deliver the best products at all times. The products can be standardized ones or custom specified. 

Typically, on receipt of the order, we develop the technical drawings unless they were part of the offer document itself.  The drawings include the necessary dimensions of the components, the complete isometric and an exploded view which exhibits how the product is assembled.

The drawings also give the necessary specifications to the pre-treatment of the metal surfaces and the painting specifications. 

The entire manufacturing process is done under stringent quality control systems put at each stage of manufacture at the shop floor. Attention is given to details such as removal of burrs to the smallest of parts. This ensures that components are manufactured to accurate dimensions which make the assembling and dismantling of the product easier, hassle-free and quick with parts matching for easy and smooth fits. This results in an overall superior product meeting international standards

Our pre-treatment of mild steel components comprises of the eight – stage process which  ensures very high quality and durable paint surfaces. 

The rigorous and intense control systems which we apply on the hospital furniture come to us through our experiences in the additional businesses of pharmaceutical formulations and specialty products in oncology. These two businesses also comprise our existing operations and we can be of service in these areas too.
