First Uranium Corporation engages in the development of uranium and gold
projects in South Africa. It has interests in the Ezulwini Mine located
in Westonaria in the Gauteng Province; and Mine Waste Solutions, a gold
and uranium tailings recovery operation located in the western portion
of the Witwatersrand Basin. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is
based in Toronto, Canada. First Uranium Corporation operates as a
subsidiary of Simmer & Jack Mines, Ltd.
