Member Limited Liabilities Company (HBMC)is one of the subsidiaries of Hoa
Sen Group. Hoa Sen Building Material One Member Limited Liabilities Company
was established on February 18^th, 2007 with initial charter capital
of VND150 billion (above USD 7 million). Its headquarters and main plant are
located in the area of 11 hectare at 2B Street, Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Phu
My Town, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam. This is an
industrial park which is in Southern Key Economic Zone with lots of advantages
in geographic condition, deepwater port, gas, thermo – electricity, road
traffic system which is very convenient for goods circulation in domestic
market and exporting to the region and international market.

The Company specializes in producing and distributing high –
quality products such as: Black Steel Pipe, Galvanizing Steel Pipe, uPVC
Plastic Pipe, Solvent Cement and uPVC fitting carrying the Hoa Sen Brand. Our
distribution line and machinery was imported from European and East Asia, our
products line have diversified types and size to residential buildings and
industrial projects in Vietnam and global market.

Our annual production capability is over 150,000 metric tons of
steel pipe and 36,000 metric tons of uPVC pipes. Our company is commitment to
quality and customer satisfaction, attractive price and considerate after-sales
service in order to rmeet the needs of consumers in Vietnam and global market.
As we strive to become the leading suppliers of building materials in Vietnam
and global market, contribute to creating a rich and beautiful country and
community development.

In 2007, the Company inaugurated and put Steel Pipe Producing
Plant No. 1 into operation with capacity 84,000 tons/year at Phu My I
Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.

In 2010, Company continued to put Steel Pipe Producing Plant No. 2
into operation with capacity 66,000 tons/year at Song Than Industrial Park, Di
An Town, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam and Hoa Sen Plastic Pipe uPVC Plant with
capacity 30,000 tons/year at Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung tau
Province to meet the demands in domestic and export market.

With modern machinery and equipment system originated mainly from
leading countries in Europe and East Asia, the Company has provided domestic
and foreign markets with the core product lines: black steel pipes, galvanized
steel pipe, plastic pipes and accessories of plastic pipe bearing Hoa Sen brand
name which are used in areas of civil construction, water supply and drainage,
electricity sector, construction and installation and other kinds of building
materials with high quality, various designs and consumer-friendliness.

 With the flexible business policy, the product lines such as steel
pipe, galvanized steel pipe, plastic pipe and accessories of plastic pipes were
introduced and sold to consumers through the distribution network of the parent
company spreading across the country, the chain of showrooms and a network of
distributors and agencies of the Company to provide the best services for all
domestic customers in a timely manner.

Community-oriented brand name

Apart from production and business activities, the Company has
also actively involved in social activities and charity such as sponsoring for
National Football Cup – Hoa Sen Plastic in 03 consecutive years (2010 – 2012),
“Overcoming Oneself” program, Futsal Football for children with special
circumstances (2007 – 2012); assisting in economic conferences, cultural,
social and sport activities held by local and central organizations.

Besides, Hoa Sen Plastic Pipe product lines also achieved
honorable titles and awards such as Vietnam Excellent Brand 2007, Golden Medals
at the 2008, 2009, 2011 VIETBUILD exhibition and VTop Build 2012.

Moreover, with outstanding strength in quality and technology, Hoa
Sen Plastic Pipe that meets the international criteria in the same industry
like ISO 4422-1996, TCVN 6151-2:2002, BS 3505:1968 and AS/NZS 1477:2006,
received the certificate from Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality
and Vietnam certification center QUACERT. At the same time, the Company
achieved the certificate of “Automatic technology – integrated production line
for plastic pipes and Hoa Sen uPVC Plastic Pipe accessories” by the Institute
of Applied Materials Science.

Up to now, products of the company have gradually received the
trust of domestic and foreign customers in the main national and civil
construction projects.

With these achievements, the Company commits to constantly try its
best to satisfy customers’ requirements in quality and reasonable price,
diversify after-sale services and try to be one of leading suppliers of
products: steel pipe, galvanized steel pipes, plastic pipes and its accessories
