AMANA ASSOCIATES FERTILIZER LTD was accordingly established to carry on the business of
generating, utilizing and distributing investment funds accruing from and
through the activities of co-operatives. It was registered in accordance with
the Nigeria
co-operatives Act (Decree) 1993, having fulfilled the conditions of Part 1,
Sub-section 3, of the registration of co-operative societies act (Decree) 1993.

The organization was set-up to act as
a catalyst in boosting food supply and generating investment to the economy
through the empowerment of the Affiliated producers cooperative societies while
also offering them the necessary assistance that will enhance their social
welfare function as well as Agricultural financing capacity through
capitalization, investment and redistribution of their financial reserves by
converting their idle funds and turning them over in viable agro-allied
investments for good profit.

AMANA ASSOCIATES FERTILIZER LTD has come with a strategy to improve co-operators welfare, as
it has never been in Nigeria cooperative movement by creating value for their
investment funds through professional and well packaged clientele services,
effective financial advisory services and practical agro-allied investment
packages through importation and distribution of crops, agricultural inputs and
modern agricultural technology, importation and distribution of fertilizers
among others too numerous to count.
