In the sale of residential property, we handle the negotiation process, draft of the provisional sale and purchase agreement, ensure there are no encumbrances with the property before signing, advice how to handle situations where there are encumbrances involved, confirm stamp duty amount for buyer, manage the initial deposit payment for both parties, liaise with both parties solicitors for any special circumstances or when required and handover of property.
