BLADES

           These blades are traditional blade
not pre ground, with full thickness thought the 

           width. They are generally supplied
with one edge debarred and one edge round 

           extra smooth, mirrors polished and
are ready to use.

 4)      Ink Circulating Rollers

           Improve your print quality by using
Ink mixing cum circulating rollers

           • Avoid mottling.

           • Instant and uniform mixing of
solvent during printing.

           • Reduce patch/solidification of
upper layer ink.

           • No chance of patch formation in
printing area.

           • Avoid shed variation in printing
area.

           Inks circulating cum mixing magnetic
rollers are made of special material. These

           rollers are freely dipped in the ink
try near cylinder. As cylinders are iron rolls

           therefore the magnetic roller sticks
to the cylinder and starts rotating with cylinder.    

           The designs provided on the roll mix
the ink and also protect the cylinder from  

           direct contact with magnetic
rollers.

            The rollers length should be equal
to cylinder length or smaller. In case mixing  

            roll is much smaller mixing effect
is decreased. Generally 3-4 sizes of ink rolls 

            are sufficient for various width of
printing cylinder.
