Kunini is an Electrical & Lighting Contractor based in Thailand since 2001. Most of our contracts are Turn-Key Electrical Solutions for both residential and commercial projects. We can take on any electrical work for new builds, renovations or retrofits (a renovation or retrofit allows an old installation to be upgraded to UK regulations with full warranties). Our work comprises of a complete and thorough electrical design based on both UK (BS), European (EN) regulations with complete installation, commissioning and maintenance programmes included. All of our installations carry a complete warranty of between two and five years.
When consulting with a client regarding the electrical design for their project we emphasize the importance of energy saving options and suggest possible solutions with estimated ROI calculations. Solutions include; Solar Water Heating, Solar assisted A/C, Solar Pumps, Solar Lighting, Solar Power Grids (residential). The grids A/C input (for battery charging), can be either locally supplied (Government), or via a Generator so its possible to live off the Grid!.
In addition to Solar we also design lighting control systems for efficiency using specialized lighting such as LED, CFL, DMX, Fiber Optic connected to a Futronix Lighting Controller.
