located in Mekelle City Kedamay Woyane Sub-City. The agency will have branch
offices as and when the need arises within the region, in neghabouring regions,

depending on the duration of the employment, availability-on-demand of the
professional, pay-scale of the employee, and other conditions. Prices are to be

Brief Bio:
Mr. Nadew brings a wealth of
experience in both communication skills and management of employees. Mr. Nadew
worked with various construction companies since 1995. He started as assistant
and ascended to the ladder of success and established his own construction
company. He worked and employed various construction professional and manual
laborers for his sites and projects in the Tigray and Afar regions. His
communication skill with clients and employees alike is suburb that earned him
reputation in and around the city. His wealth of accumulated experience for

Mr. Tewodros Alefe Meles

Brief Bio
Mr. Tewodros
Alefe Meles is a Lecturer at the Mekelle University College of Law &
Governance Department of Law since August 2004, Ethiopia. Mr. Meles joined the
Law Department after working as Prosecutor and Research & Drafting Expert
at the Regional Justice Bureau from July 2003-August 2004. Mr. Meles graduated
from the Law Faculty of Addis Ababa University in 2003 with an LL.B Degree and
did his 2nd Degree in Human Rights at the Central European
University in Hungary. Mr. Meles served as Director & Supervising Attorney
at the Law School’s Legal Aid Centre, the first of its kind in Ethiopia, for
over five years. As a supervising attorney Mr. Meles was
responsible for supervising students in their clinical legal courses, and
directing attorneys of the centre on cases of our clients, and consulting &
representing clients in a court of law and as a Director of the Centre Mr.
Meles was responsible for managing the day to day activities of the centre
(including recruiting and managing staffs ), prepare & execute quarter,
annual, & strategic plans and Budget upon approval by the Legal Aid Board,
prepare project proposals to be submitted to donors working in the area of
practical legal education & access to justice, liaise between the Centre
and the university, communicate with external donors and liaise between the
external community and the university, represent the centre in all matters.Mr.
Meles currently serves as President of the Tigray Law Society, Steering
Committee Member of the Global Alliance for Justice Education (GAJE) and Board
Member & Executive Officer for Africa of the Academics Promoting the
Pedagogy of Effective Advocacy in Law (APPEAL). Mr. Meles was a recipient of
Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI) Fellowship award 2007-09. Mr. Meles
currently is a First Grade Licensed Attorney. Mr. Meles’ wealth of experience
and profession will assist the agency in dealing with the complex labor
