ACCULAB CALIBRATION LABORATORY INC. also provides new and refurbished equipment, repair services, preventive maintenance and calibration training and rehabilitation of laboratory facilities as part of  the company other services.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

· To establish and maintain a quality system in strict accordance with company procedures and compliant with PNS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard.

· To require all personnel to be familiar and comply with the documented policies and procedures related to their work at all times.

· To continually improve the quality system by ensuring effective control and operation of all testing activities.

The management of Acculab Calibration Laboratory, Inc. is committed to develop, implement and continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system through monthly review of its quality systems, conduct of regular Internal Quality Audit and annual Management Review.

Customer Requirements

The management clearly emphasizes the importance of meeting customer requirements to its staff by including Customer Service concerns as agenda in its regular meetings, conduct of regular Client Survey and resolution of Client complaints and feedback at the soonest possible time. Conformances to statutory and regulatory requirements are also emphasized through orientation on the developments in Regulatory Requirements, National Metrology and other emerging international trends.
