Borova Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş. (Borova Construction&Contracting
Co.) was established in 1979

and since has been active in domestic  and overseas markets. In addition to many
projects

in Turkey, overseas contracts have also been undertaken and
succesfully completed in

Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Latvia, Bosnia, Libya and
Saudi Arabia. The current activities

are proceeding  in Turkey , Africa and Middle East. Borova’s
headquarters are based in

Istanbul.  The
activities of Borova, with efficient management of its experienced and

skilled
staff, range from preliminary design to final execution of the projects.

The
very first contract won was at Jubail City of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the
warehouses of the

Desalination Plant. The following contract awarded was in
Libya for the construction of farm

houses in 1981. The other contracts followed
in Turkey and in the neighboring countries.

Borova is proud to be one of the most reliable contractor in
Turkey. It is the very first

construction company listed in the Istanbul Stock
Exchange Market in 1993.

Borova enjoys excellent relations with its clients and with
numerous financial institutions

in and outside Turkey. Borova Yapı Endüstrisi
A.Ş. is also certified with ISO 14001 (2004),

ISO 9001 (2000) and OHSAS 18001
(1999) for more than a decade.
