We import various types and grades of desiccants in bulk and repackage them in different forms and sizes to suit most applications. Steam Peak offers EPS and Inflatable barriers for varies internal and external temperature profiles. Standard off the shelf qualified systems are available for -20C, 2 to 8C and below 20C transportation. We also manufacture and stock varies refrigerants or phase change materials for temperature conditioning. Products temperature can be monitored using our logging device or warning labels.- Moisture Damage Control, Barrier and Detection
Conversion of all desiccants products such as silica gel, molecular sieves and clay are done in Singapore. Provide standard or custom manufactured desiccant bags or sachets in varies material such as Tyvek, Non woven or paper in myriad of sizes. Our products are used in pallets, shipping containers and in the box packaging to control the relative humidity level. Desiccants are pack with moisture barrier bags or aluminum foils for barrier and monitor via Humidity indicator cards (HIC). Stream Peak further offer a range of desiccant breathers and tank vents from UK; which house our desiccants for air stream drying.- Oxidation Damage Control, Barrier and Detection
Our line of O-Sorb oxygen absorbers and ethylene absorbers cater to food industries that extends the shelf life of their product. Coupled with good oxygen barrier film and monitoring card, manufacturer can ensure the integrity of their product along the supply chain. Oxidation on metal product can also be controlled with volatile corrosion inhibitor films and paper carried by Stream Peak to mitigate damages, increasing customers satisfaction and profits.- Mechanical/ Impact Damage Control, Void Fill and Detection
ShockWatch line of impact monitoring labels and devices helps prevent transit goods mishandling. An irreversible mark on our applied label indicates rogue forces and helps speed up quality checks at destination for sensitive cargo. Stream Peak distributes this product in South East Asia. We also offers a wide range of products which cushion impacts by securing void space such as biodegradable AirPouch air bags.
