1. RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS: Under the residential projects, HOUSING SOLUTIONS & CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LTD has three products to offer to the public     namely:

1.””30 FOR 100% HOUSING PROJECT”’: Under the “”30 FOR 100% HOUSING PROJECT’’’’ HOUSING SOLUTIONS & CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LTD use 30% of the full quantitative value or the actual value of the cost of the building project of its client to undertake the whole (100%) project for the client. This is to say that, the client pays only 30% of the value of the project to gain the whole (100%) project. This offer is given to clients who had acquired or own lands that they intended to develop or had partially developed their own plots and need to complete.

Under the above, Housing Solutions & Construction General Ltd in collaboration with its funding partners provides the 70% differences of the remaining cost of the project on behalf the client and to get the project completed within 3-6months.

Upon completion, HOUSING SOLUTIONS & CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LTD put the property into commercial use by way of renting the property to recover back the 70% balance without necessarily demanding that from the client. The client also has the privilege to be the first tenant of the building by renting the same for the period by which its tenancy will finish paying for the property. That, the property shall be in tenancy for the period agreed upon with the client, to enable the balance to be recovered and then after the property is handed over to the client.

1B.”’SELF STYLE REAL ESTATE’’’’: Under the “”SELF STYLE REAL ESTATE”” HOUSING SOLUTIONS & CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LTD put in place a very excellent serviced plots suitable for development into a community, each community will be in habited by 50 – 100 families with all facilities such as water supply, electricity supply, roads and other services necessary for inhabitation all put in place.

These plots normally measured 100by 70sqft are made available for sale to the clients on outright cash payment terms or instalments payment terms ranging from 6months to 18months.

Housing Solutions & Construction General Ltd requires of the client to bring its own design of building or to contract with Housing Solutions & Construction General Ltd to provide one for his approval and upon approval contract Housing Solutions & Construction General Ltd to take over the project as contractors.

This is to say that, under this product, clients put up building on lands acquired from HOUSING SOLUTIONS & CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LTD and client allows HOUSING SOLUTIONS & CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LTD to undertake the contract for the construction of the building.

1C.’’’’NON SELF STYLE REAL ESTATE”‘: Under this product, Housing Solutions & Construction General Ltd. Sells any of his serviced plots to the client but the client provides his own contractor to undertake the project under the supervision of laid down rules of HOUSING SOLUTIONS & CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LTD.

2. SERVICED PLOTS OF LANDS FOR SALE: Under this product HOUSING SOLUTIONS & CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LTD turns undeveloped lands or forest into  inhabited communities. The communities are developed with good facilities, services and utilities that make the community inhabitation exclusively from  other communities. The company has three different kinds of community standards namely:

1.      Extreme Residential Zone

2.      Partially Extreme Residential Zone

3.      Normal Residential Zone

  

1.      EXTREME RESIDENTIAL ZONE: Under this zone Housing Solutions & Construction General Ltd acquires undeveloped lands at very extreme areas outof

commercial towns and public centres and noise, develop the site with the necessary utilities and services and gates which shut the community from nonin habitants and the public. The zone has its own market centres commercial areas, banks, post office, schools bus terminals and car parks etc. Each community is made up of 200 plots which are to be sold for development by individuals.

2.      PARTIALLY EXTREAME RESIDENTIAL ZONE: Under this zone, site have the same facilities and utilities as described in no.1 above but the differences are that the site is closer to partial noise and partially closer to public centres and commercial towns.

3.      NORMAL RESIDENTIAL ZONES: Under this zone, site have the same facilities and utilities as described in No 1 above but the differences are that the site is  

subject to noise and congestion and closer to public centres and commercial towns.These sites are made available to the public for sale. Each plot of land is accessible to road, electricity and water.
