Jia Yi factory, which located in the sport shoes capital of China-Jinjiang, is a original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Since it was founded in 1993, it has made progress every year. Now it makes many kinds of sport shoes and causal shoes for many brands all around the world, such as Geox, Kappa, Globe, etc.

Operation:

Firstly, we make samples accord customer's designs or original samples, or customers select products from our collection. Then we quote with competitive price, and customer places their orders. Finally, we proceed the mass production. The delivery time is about 45 days and within 60 days after every detail of the order is confirmed.

Productivity:

500 stitching machines, 4 forming flow lines, and about 800 workers, let us has the capability of producing 260,000 pairs of shoes every month.

Our enterprise has passed the examination of many customers and own certificates of ISO9001 and ISO14000. Our professional QC teams are trying their best to make every pair of shoes to be qualified before they were sent to our customers.

R&D:

Every year, 30 technicians and craftsman makes about 500 new style samples accord customers design. Moreover, at the beginning of 2010, along with the new R&D building established, our R&D will not only make samples, but also design new styles. The R&D capability will highly upgrade.
