Established in 1982 by Mr. DINESH. K. GANDECHA (D.K.) who started as a small seed cotton merchant went on to become a Trader and Commission agent supplying cotton to one of the most famous names in Indian Textile Industries. The Company today is a full fledged Cotton Company having state of the art Integrated Ginning Plant , Sourcing cotton for domestic Spinning Mills , Exporting cotton to Mills that are leaders in the Textile Markets of their respective countries and Acting as agent for Spinning Mills & Merchants. The company's sole focus is to specialise mainly in the SHANKAR-6 variety of cotton which is globally popular for its LUSTRE, BLEACHABILITY AND GRADE.
